cnote art show!
You are missing out on some great navigation!

If you missed pickup on Sunday the 14th have no fear your work is being stored in a safe place. However I will be traveling for the holidays and will not return until the 2nd of January. Please feel free to email me at cnoteartshow@gmail.com so that we can arrange a time to meet and exchange work. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this is why I requested any alternative arrangements be made 24 hours prior to he designated pick up date. I thank you for your participation in the C Note Art Show and wish you all a happy holiday season.

Respectfully,
Ashley Voss

The C Note seeks to promote, display and sell the artwork of Columbus artists for a price point affordable to all. Through workshops, networking, local support the C Note will strive to show artists how to process and create art that will reach the viewer while also making the price point profitable. This allows the show to occur without added fees to the consumers and collectors thus making it possible for anyone to buy original local art for a price that won’t break the bank. All of the sales generated at the event will benefit ONLY the artists and no commissions will be taken. With this in mind the C Note seeks to sell 500 paintings and generate $50,000 that will go directly back into the hands of Columbus’ most creative folks.

With over 300 artists registered and more than 650 individual pieces of artwork on display. The first volume of the event was able to stimulate just over $24,000 in sales. With many local artists selling completely out of work and several artists who sold over $1,000 it will be hard to find anyone who participated that won’t be back with new and exciting work to offer for that sweet price point of $100 each.

Patron or artist alike... if you enjoy the C-note Art Show and similar local events, venues, etc. you might feel good about providing a little support. Your contributions will help cover the cost of developing this site- we chose to do that rather than charging an entrance fee which might prevent some who could not afford to contribute from having the opportunity to show work. By contributing to the development work on this site you can ensure that there will be another cNote Art Show web site next time- the site helps promote local artists (nearly 6000 unique visitors from 54 coutries in November alone). It also helps coordinate the logistics of accepting and managing between 600 - 1000 pieces of art.
